Eat Darling Eat is a deliciously cute dessert bar located in the busy Fashion Walk shopping centre in Hong Kong’s Causeway Bay.
The candy-hued bar is a modern Chinese dessert shop focused on the enjoyment and sharing of desserts. The hand-made iconic Hong-Kong desserts available include pineapple buns, tong sui and egg tarts.
The space was designed by Hong Kong-based NC Design & Architecture (NCDA), established in 2011 by architect and professional tailor, Nelson Chow.
Chow graduated in #architecture from The University of Waterloo (Canada) in 2004 and completed a Menswear Tailoring Certificate at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City in 2005.
EDE is operated by Ming Fat that also operates restaurants Mrs Pound, Frank Minza and Dr. Robben Fern in Hong Kong.
